- ONCD is honoring Rick Bruckner as part of #FacesOfCyber. Rick’s public service as a 911 dispatcher inspired him to protect people via a cyber career. Rick is currently working to earn certifications at the Pennsylvania Cybersecurity Center and also pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
