the doctor I’ve been seeing for years knows my meds need adjusted when I say “I’ve been better,” when I say everything is good I mean that. I like to be very forthcoming with my doctors and tend to skip the usual pleasantries we exchange in casual interaction.

it’s almost like education is undervalued and homework carries too much weight in the grades. I had a 2.1 gpa when I graduated despite consistently high test scores because I didn’t do my homework. I wouldn’t have used it for writing assignments but math homework? Probably.
plus I doubt they were “humble” at all, considering he thinks his test scores and GPA are the most impressive and hardcore academic achievement to ever be recorded. And he has no goals, he just wants to be “part of the elite.”
