you don’t need 200, 1g/lb is a myth, ~140-160 is plenty 10-20 from breakfast - if you don’t otherwise eat breakfast just do a Greek yogurt 80-100 from lunch + dinner meats 30 from a shake / fairlife 10-20 from snacks

this is just obviously wrong and you should have better numeric intuition to recognize this the 300 waymos number is over a year old, more recent numbers suggest ~750 the 45k number is from 2016, uber + lyft both together, and all registered, not daily active
