    When I got hired 6 yrs ago, one of the first people that called me was DW. Thatā€™s right, the NHL GM called to congratulate me, THE AHL BROADCASTER, and welcome me into the org. It epitomizes the type of guy he is. He knew everyoneā€™s name and made you feel like an important piece.

    .@SanJoseSharks 2018 first rounder Ryan Merkley is scheduled to me his pro debut tonight for the #SJBarracuda against the Colorado Eagles. Highly skilled puck moving d-man that fits the modern pro game. Jake Middleton will be his d-partner.

    San Jose Barracuda play-by-play announcer Nick Nollenberger and his wife, Angela welcomed the birth of their daughter, Beya Stella Nollenberger at 10:11 pm last night. The dynamic new arrival came in at 6 pounds, 15 oz and is 20 inches long. She will be eligible for the NHL Draft
