Today, Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford announced that six Nevadans have been indicted due to their actions in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election.

The six Nevadans were signatories of documents in which they posed as the duly qualified electors for the state of Nevada in an effort to disrupt the results of a free and fair presidential election.

My office is aware of the hateful, racist incident caught on camera in Virginia City, one of Nevada’s most storied towns.
Our Office is aware of the Trump Administration’s intent to halt federal assistance programs. Any pause to critical funding will harm Nevadans, weaken public safety and negatively affect programs like Medicaid and SNAP.
We’re prepared to fight against this ill-conceived idea.
