Are we all supposed to just shut up and forget about the fact that over a week ago Polygon hard-forked their blockchain in the middle of the night with no warning to a completely closed-source genesis and still haven't verified the code or explained what is going on?

I once sat in a room and watched a HFT take an algorithm calculating 10K maximisation problems from >10 ms to <10 μs. In <48 hours my laptop ran the bot faster than our $2000/month server. I had never witnessed this kind of magic before, I knew I wouldn't sleep until I learned it

Bitfinex hackers cycled the $3.6billion of stolen funds through multiple darknet markets, anon exchange accounts, and Monero, even building bots to automate huge levels of transaction flow. Authorities are clearly becoming more adept at breaking on-chain anonymity

Thanks @ChainLinkGod. Really happy to see this issue finally getting the attention it deserves. Transparency is the core ethos of blockchain & secret pay-for-play networks have no place in permissionless systems. The protocols involved could fix this overnight. Why haven't they?
