We have recieved reports of an issue with Verizon customers unable to connect with us on our non-emergency lines. At this time, the cause is unknown and being looked into. Emergency 911 lines are not impacted and our center remains fully operational.

If you need non-emergency assistance and are unable to connect via 311, you can still request non-emergency assistance by visiting hub.nashville.gov or by calling 311 using a different carrier. Do NOT call 911 unless you are reporting an in-progress emergency.

Severe weather is expected tonight across Middle Tennessee including #Nashville and Davidson County. According to the US National Weather Service Nashville Tennessee, storms will move in late this evening and continue overnight. Damaging winds and tornadoes are possible.
