    A special weather statement has been issued for Miami OK, Vinita OK and Commerce OK until 3:45 PM CDT

A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CRAIG and NORTHWESTERN DELAWARE AND WESTERN OTTAWA COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT. The threats associated with this storm are wind gusts up to 40 MPH and penny sized hail. Seek shelter in a sturdy structure until the storm passes.

    [2:55P - 6/23/26] A line of storms over central OK is moving toward SE #OKwx, and has had a history of producing severe wind gusts. There is also potential for flash flooding as another round of heavy rain moves over areas that received heavy rain earlier today.

    [2:41P - 6/23/26] Storms continue to move across NE #OKwx and are producing heavy rainfall which could lead to some flash flooding. Some gusty winds are also possible.

    Flash Flood Warning including Tulsa OK, Broken Arrow OK and Owasso OK until 6:15 PM CDT

This warning is for Creek County in northeastern Oklahoma, Northwestern Okmulgee County in northeastern Oklahoma, Southwestern Rogers County in northeastern Oklahoma and Tulsa County in northeastern Oklahoma.     [1:13P - 6/23/26] Storms are increasing in coverage across E #OKwx as we head into the afternoon. The storms are very efficient rainfall producers and could drop several inches of rain in a short time, which could lead to dangerous flash flooding. Gusty winds are also possible.

    [10:45 AM 6/23/26] Storms were expanding across E OK and into W AR. Slow storm movements were creating very heavy rainfall which was increasing flood potentials. Also limited severe potentials continue with strong winds the main severe threat. #okwx #arwx
    Image shows thunderstorm coverage across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas late Tuesday morning.  Slow moving storms were creating very heavy rainfall across parts of southeast Oklahoma.
