Sod it, just boycott it. Every club below the Premier League - EFL, non-league the lot. That statement is horrendous and shows once and for all that the FA do not care about anything other than the Premier League.
An EFL Statement has said:
"The agreement [...] was agreed solely between the Premier League and FA. Ahead of the deal being announced there was no agreement with the EFL nor was there any formal consultation with EFL Clubs"

While I'm pleased for Barrow, Kings Lynn and Wealdstone spare a thought for all the others who had their league voided and weren't afforded the same courtesy.

Bang me out then. After more than 500 weekly deadlines, my last set of papers have been put to bed and it's time to pack up. Wasn't given much chance of staying in the job for a year but lasted almost 11 in total and 10 on the sports desk. It's been a blast.
First time talking to Dean Campbell and was impressed. A level-headed young man who knows what he needs to do to get better and is determined to do so. The on-loan Aberdeen man also senses similarities between title-winning Kilmarnock and Stevenage.
Steve Evans said on Friday that there would be potential incoming signings at Villa Park to see what Stevenage were like. I'm presuming all of them have signed this morning...
