    This is what our President who is blind said about the bus stop design where you step off the bus onto a narrow bus boarder next to a cycle lane on Lea Bridge Road, Waltham Forest ‘Not fit for purpose. It really is totally inaccessible. These sorts of designs should be scrapped’

    Remember that removing time restrictions on bus passes for disabled ppl was an amendment to the Bus Services Bill last Sept that 291 Labour MPs voted down. But now it’s Burnham’s thing, it’s a great decision. Hoping for same about turn on floating g bus stops‼️

    Filmed this recently in Amsterdam. Many cyclists, e-bike & moped riders took priority over pedestrians at zebra crossings, some at speed. We are told it works in the Netherlands, however, it is very clear that Dutch pedestrians are not at the top of the hierarchy of road users.
