Replying to @MooseHaterI just showed you a video of one of the fastest bursts in the game, in an aoe knockup, from stealth. Adding more damage to this just makes him unhealthy. His problems are his laning and jungling are both bad, he's not sticky, and his ins and outs are also both bad.
