Jack Ferguson was one of the best people I’ve ever met. His attitude, love for life, and energy were contagious and made everyone around him a better person. I was incredibly fortunate to spend 2 years in the same gym with him, and I’m better off because of it. RIP Jack.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in January 2019, so this is a special cause to me. @AthletesvCrohns is an incredible foundation doing amazing things. Fortunate to have this opportunity to work with them and raise some money for a great cause.

Join us this Wednesday, 11/20 as we host Manchester University. We are working with @AthletesvCrohns to support their foundation with a unique raffle that features Hawks-Pistons tickets, a signed Larry Nance, Jr. Jersey, a TV, and more! We are looking forward to see everyone!

All proceeds will be donated to Athletes Vs. Crohn’s and Colitis, an organization founded by Atlanta Hawks forward Larry Nance, Jr. The organization’s mission is: “To raise awareness of Crohn’s and colitis in the adolescent population and help inspire them to realize their athletic potential despite being diagnosed with a chronic illness.

Started snowing during my run today, and all I could think about was a playoff loss in men’s league last month. I ran faster. Will to win has never been greater. #toughness
