- I constantly think about baseball coaches in full uniforms coaching the bases, and thank god we get to wear BP jackets and long sleeves in softball. 😳
- Staying loyal to a program for 4+ years is important. Transferring when the environment doesn’t breed personal or team success is important. But using the portal to jump ship like free agency is what we’re talking about. If you have success somewhere great, why change it?
