Announcement: Antioch High School is on a lockdown due to shots being fired inside the school building. Metro Police are on the scene. The person responsible for shooting is no longer a threat. We will be gathering students in the auditorium and will provide information on

The story behind this picture is pure sweetness.🤗 The young student on the left is visually impaired and had never been in the school building. The student on the right offered to be his buddy and walk with him. And a good day was had by all. 💙💛

About 500 #TeamMNPS teachers & staff, including Director of Schools Dr. Adrienne Battle, today received the first dose of vaccine to protect themselves & our community from COVID-19. About 500 more staff will be vaccinated tomorrow & so far, 5,500 appointments are booked.

MNPS will close all schools tmrw, Fri, Jan. 12, 2018 for inclement weather. No after school programs. No before/after care. All employees do not report. As a reminder, Monday is Nat'l Martin Luther King holiday, school will not be in session. We’ll c everyone again Tues. Jan.16
