NEW ➡️ @NMEnvDep proposed a stronger methane rule: a super-emitter program with a threshold half of EPA's & zero-emission requirements for pneumatic controllers. NM is proving strong rules work: methane intensity in the Permian is less than 50% of Texas'. edf.org/Zu4o
