Phew. Getting discharged from hospital today. It's been a tough and fraught week. Recovery will not be fast, but I'll get there.

#bowelcancer It's been over 8hrs since I last had a poo.
And I slept a whole night with no waking last night to empty my bag; I now don't have a bag, or stoma.
Some days are still troublesome. But we live for the future. Some kinda normal hope.

Phew. Thus ends 5 weeks of daily radiotherapy. 3 more days of chemo. Then the climb back to health ready for operation.
