Hi @Uber.
Can you please explain to me why my food, that was supposed to be delivered by a woman, was delivered by a middle aged man?
Thanks, look forward to your reply.

According to Uber, “Delivery people are independent contractors and can have someone else complete a delivery if eligible”. Attached is a screenshot from a support chat with Uber when I had the same issue.

Hey @TfL. A man pictured below barged through a tube barrier at Canary Wharf jubilee line at 11:17 today.
He then proceeded to threaten me after I reminded him to buy a ticket.
Your staff sat and watched 👍👍
😡London has been destroyed.
In local M&S, man walks in as shop opens and shoves entire shelf of food into a bag and walks out.
Nobody batted an eye lid. The staff members reply: “Oh well, it always happens.”
This is not okay. London is lawless.
🚨STAGGERING:
In a mind blowing phone call @uber just admitted to me that they have no idea who is delivering their food…
They admitted: drivers can appoint a substitute driver; but there is no way of Uber knowing who that substitute is, or if they passed checks.
Dangerous!
This is ridiculous @TfL.
Dozens of people breaking through the barriers and your ‘enforcement officers’ are stood twiddling their thumbs.
What an insult to the taxpayers who pay their wages.
🚨Update: just got this absolutely pathetic reply from @Uber_Support.
They seem not bothered that randomed unchecked males are coming into close contact with females and young children.
Have emailed my local MP @mtpennycook; I will not let this rest!
