Obviously the message this sends to immigrants who are trying to play by the rules and show up for checkins and for hearings is that they should not do that any more, that they should hide instead. It encourages less respect for our immigration system, not more.

One reason we're paying $4 a gallon for gas is that a Saudi prince is angry that we criticized him for for murdering a Washington Post journalist. If the alternative to relying on a Russian tyrant's oil is a Saudi tyrant's oil, maybe we should be less reliant on oil?

The GOP Reps from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania & Wisconsin were elected on the same ballots under the same rules as Joe Biden, equally subject to the fraud some allege. If they take their oath of office tomorrow, they will be attesting the legitimacy of their states' election.

Unlike 3 of the "Democrat Congresswomen" Trump attacked today, I was actually born outside the US. Does he think I should go back? This is exactly the sort of rhetoric that inspires disturbed people to violence, against Jews, Muslims, Sikhs - anyone they see as the "other."

I was an Assistant Secretary of State when this happened. All of us working on Ukraine wanted this prosecutor gone, because he was NOT prosecuting corruption. So did the Europeans. So did the IMF. This didn't come from Joe Biden - he just delivered our message.

Guy steals his workers' Social Security contributions to buy himself a yacht. His mom donates $1 million to Trump for a pardon. The pardon not only gets him out of jail - it saves him $4 million in restitution payments. Pretty good return for bribing the president.
