    UPDATE: 113 total arrests for Dolores hill bomb; 81 were under 18. Witnesses said adults were largely teenagers. SFPD says arrests followed "lacerations" to officer's face & vandalism. Parents waited hours for kids; last child was released at 4:15 am.

    RIGHT NOW SFPD arrived in force at the anti-ICE protest in San Francisco. Several hundred protesters have now been in a standoff w/dozens of police for 40 min. SFPD just declared unlawful assembly, but hard for crowd to hear.

    A draft policy set to be voted on next week would cement SFPD's authority to use robots for lethal force. “This is not normal,” said civil rights attorney Tifanei Moyer. “No legal professional or ordinary resident should carry on as if it is normal.”

    WATCH: SFPD's Mobile Command Unit No. 2 drove onto the 16th and Mission BART plaza this afternoon, as officers in the rain moved people away to make room for the bus-sized vehicle. It will stay at the BART plaza 24/7, the Mission captain said, as a deterrent.
