Why can’t people just listen and respect you and why isn’t the train manager enforcing keeping the wheelchair space free from luggage so these confrontations can be avoided. Which train operator was this?

Cheapest rail tickets can no longer be bought at ticket offices as passengers forced to go online Millions of older/disabled people aren’t online & rely on ticket office Operators should be legally obliged to treat all customers fairly for price + access
Rail bosses prevent ticket office staff from selling cheapest tickets

Remind me how much was spent on the London Bridge rebuild? The one lift is out so my 40 minute trip to Tonbridge now goes via Charring Cross and takes 2 hours.

Tube station lifts closed more than 500 times last year because there were no trained staff available Accessibility isn't nice-to-have, it's a vital part of public infrastructure & unacceptable in 2023, we have to fight to for our right to get on the Tube

Disappointing - Another new train which does not enable @LevelBoarding baking in inaccessibility for decades Any operator that doesn’t order level boarding trains isn’t listening to its customers DfT need to specify level boarding trains for all future procurement @LouHaigh
