Preserve the QB’s mental freedom by not over programming him. Allow him to learn his stroke. We’re guiding them, it’s a dialogue. A learning. Rushing it loads their conscious brain and turns them into robots. That’s Mahomes magic, not just his genetics. Trust it‼️🔒 #Flow

20 years from now Aaron Rodgers will be remembered more for what he did for QB mechanics than his play on the field. He changed the stroke. He showed us what was broken. Pros study him. It protects your shoulder & elbow. Allows you to do more. It’s effortless. It’s ARTISTRY 🎨

Watch Mahomes left foot placement. That allows the open hip track. Stay slightly left of the midline. Keep that weight back. Allow the turn to be your source of power and let the arm do what the arm does. That’s the catapult 💣

Tom Brady did something 6 years ago that allowed his arm to reverse age‼️ This is why he was a better thrower with the Buccaneers than he ever was as a Patriot ⬇️ When you make the change from linear to rotation you replace what was once pressure on the arm with no strain in
