- Proud of my @AtleeBaseball JV boys! 3-0 this week to win our spring break tournament! Varsity had a huge day going 2-0 against 2 formidable opponents. @Mmball25 has our boys rolling! Exciting time to be a raider 🏴☠️🏴☠️
- The Lights Out 2022 Athletes of the year. There were athletes in my program who had better stats / bigger gains, but these 2 encapsulated the reason why I coach.

00:00- New member of the 80mph club! ‘26 LHP @BenFavreau34 hit 80 for the first time and then said f it and hit 82.5 three pitches later! Ben is a fierce competitor and continues to grow and develop. Super proud of what’s he’s accomplished and can’t wait to see what else he’ll do!

- For anyone paying attention, I announced that despite having a torn ligament in my shoulder, I decided to take on a personal challenge to reach 90mph by the time I’m 30. I turned 29 a week ago and just threw my first full effort bullpen in about 5 years.... Not a bad start
