🇫🇷 After left-wing NFP won legislative elections in France, Presidential Macron has snubbed NFP's PM nominee and appointed right-winger Michel Barnier. Barnier's party (LR) came 4th in the election, with only 39 seats (7%). NFP came first with 180 seats (31%). (Via BBC)
