    BREAKING: Virginia Gov. Youngkin (R) has withdrawn the state from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which targets carbon emissions from power plants. Impeccable timing on a day where the East Coast is enveloped in smoke from Canadian wildfires. Absolutely shameful.
    Gov. Youngkin tweet: "Today’s commonsense decision by the Air Board to repeal RGGI protects Virginians from the failed program that is not only a regressive tax on families and businesses across the Commonwealth, but also does nothing to reduce pollution."
