    Firefighters responded to bystander reports that a man jumped in the flowing water in pursuit of his dog. Crews responded to several bridges and access points down river and located the canine, who had managed to swim safely to the edge and escape the rapids. LAFD Air Ops lowered

    The⚠️#SkullbreakerChallenge⚠️ is an extremely dangerous prank that has gone viral. It involves tricking someone into jumping, and then kicking their legs out from beneath them. It could easily cause lifelong injury or death. Talk To Your Kids!

    With profound sadness we announce death of Firefighter III/Paramedic Jose M. Perez, from complications of COVID-19 on 7.25.2020 He was a 16.5 yr veteran He is survived by his wife and 3 children Chief Terrazas & entire LAFD send deepest & most sincere condolences to Perez family.
