PSA: only EYBL teams compete in “Nike Nationals”. Everyone else (and anyone who wants to can) plays in Tournament of Champions. I have read some misleading social media posts the last few days. There is only one EYBL league and only 32 teams on that circuit. #carryon
My second grader just got in the car and told me she picked rosa parks to study bc she was a great women who “fought to end dumb segregation” and that thurgood Marshall was her next choice bc he ended it in schools. There’s hope for the future!
And once injured tonight tried to return. When she couldn’t she could be seen coaching the freshmen that was out there in her place every time out and from the sideline. Don’t know anyone tougher, physically or mentally. 💙💙💙💙💙💙

In October, Baylor senior DiDi Richards suffered a spinal cord injury in practice that briefly left her with no feeling or movement in her legs.
She went through extensive rehabilitation, returned to the court and helped Baylor to the Elite Eight in the tournament. Respect 👏
Gonna brag on my daughter! Out here training with all boys who are gonna be in fifth grade..... she’s gonna be in 2nd! I offered to let her stay home today.....she would have none of it 💜💜 @jhensle
Tired this morning but thinking about all these student athletes who not only traveled and played 5-6 games this weekend but also did homework and studied and are heading off to school exhausted. Keep grinding it’ll be worth it!
July advice: control the controllables, play present, always be a good teammate, take care of your body (it’s not a social trip), don’t focus on outcome focus on the process, be coachable, have great body language, control your self talk, HAVE FUN! @CFEliteSports
Please please please stop talking about two way players in basketball...ALL PLAYERS PLAY OFFENSE AND DEFENSE!!! All players should be taught and EXPECTED to do both.
