Today we received an "copyright" notice from Instacart about this job ad (our records indicate it had 9 logged applications from users): Unfortunately our hosting provider is requiring us to take it down - so going forward you won't see any Instacart ads on the main website

Not a single person ever justifies the hidden job boards It’s a kill shot for all immigration advocacy because it cleanly exposes the mendacity inherent to this issue: If visas were about absolute meritocracy WHY HIDE THE JOB ADS FROM US CITIZENS?

Starbucks is the latest company that has created a separate, off-website career page just for PERM jobs making sure they aren't searchable by job seekers on their normal website Only 1 job listed on this site right now Starbucks- why do you avoid hiring Americans?

📦 UPS said it’s cut around 48,000 jobs this year as part of its plan to turn around the business. 🗞️cut its operational workforce by 34,000 jobs this year, greater than its previous estimate of 20,000 reductions. The company also cut 14,000 jobs from its management workforce

This redditor says when he worked at Amazon they had a whole separate HR team for PERM postings This is exactly the practice that Meta & Apple lost $10M+ lawsuits for doing We are so early, there is so much more room for lawsuits against these illegal hiring practices!

There is an active history of big tech companies losing lawsuits for this behavior. We hope they will respond appropriately, but if they don’t? We advise our users to provide tips to the justice department if their applications are ignored
