I'm seeing a lot of street Justice videos like this lately. I think things are turning around. I guess people are realizing that the police are getting discouraged because they waste their time putting themselves in harm's way just for soft judges and bad policy to let them go

They can laugh all they want. All it proves is Philly is lost and there aren't enough people to see it.
I live in northern New Jersey and I have been through Philly. I wouldn't walk on those streets without a gun if you paid me.
