- very glad to see Trump DOJ ending the Biden Admin's outrageous attempt to manipulate federal law to force doctors to perform abortions in ERs, in a state that would otherwise forbid it. That's the right call, legally and ethically and as a matter of state's rights.

- Replying to @JennieMFLI hope everyone knows this by now, but just in case: no state in the country, including Idaho, prevents a pregnant woman from receiving life-saving emergency care, including in cases of ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage. Federal law of course doesn't impose such limits either.
