In 4th grade I tried to teach myself “how to be human” by replicating the tv show Friends. I did a peer survey and asked my classmates who their favorite character was. Phoebe won, so I spent the entire summer studying her and entered 5th grade AS Phoebe.

A family was able to recognize the remains of their martyred son from the shape of his teeth.. His name is Mahmoud Abd Rabbo, he was 19 years old, & he is one of hundreds who the IOF killed & left to completely decompose in the streets of Jabalia.

Sometimes you just gotta dye your hair black, take out the nose ring, and get a job. It’s hard enough finding work already, you don’t need to die on the hill of “my hair has to be blue while I do it”. This is what I looked like for years of my life because I needed to pay bills.

My least political friend recently asked me if I’ve seen “that” video and when I asked which she pulled up Kamala Harris on tv saying we had no military in active duty warzones & the camera panned to a group of soldiers watching from a tent saying “then where the fuck are we?!”
