Of course judges can stop unconstitutional actions by a President such as forcing people to inject things into their body against their will. However, judges cannot set immigration or foreign policy. That’s a violation of the separation of powers in the constitution.

That’s not how the constitution works. Might be how activist judges interpret the law but that’s not actually how the executive branch works. I suspect the SC will issue a ruling clarifying executive branch authority for the President to fire anyone at any time for any reason.
