Matthew Stafford was anointed as the 1st overall pick in 2009. However, since that point he had 12 seasons that accounted for 0 playoff wins, 16+ documented injuries and had to watch his wife battle cancer. He’s one of the good guys. Don’t be weird. Be happy for him.
The amount of respect I have for the Cardinals after this… Man, this can’t be easy and I’m sure it ain’t easy for Cardinals fans but this is incredibly classy and no one will ever forget it.
