- I became a grandfather today. First one! A beautiful little girl. My legs are mushy and my heart a bit soft at the moment...
- Woke up feeling warm and a little sore in my arm. temp 98F (37C). Took two Tylenol. Good to go. Temp 97.6F now. Won't skip my workout this morning. #CovidVaccines #CovidVaccinesideeffects Day2. Manageable.
- My 87 y/o mom is visiting for a few weeks. She was intrigued by my Cali trail running 🏃🏿♂️, so I invited her along this morning. Way to go mummy!💕
