This is a powerful combination: 1) Directing an AI agent to generate characters, locations and all the angles I need for my dialogue shots 2) Using human actors to drive the performance of my characters The agent handles the technical side and I can focus on performance:

Alright, Google really killed it here. You can easily swap your garment just by uploading the pieces to Gemini Flash 2.0 and telling it what to do.

This is Hollywood grade lip-syncing: Here is how to create an AI avatar with accurate and realistic Lip-Sync. This might be currently the best tool for video-to-video right now. Only 4 steps are needed:

Huge news! This is a major breakthrough in character consistency for AI videos. @Kling_ai released "Custom Models". You can now train your own video for superior character consistency. Let's take a look 🧵:

SAM 2 from Meta AI is absolutely insane! It just took me a few mouse clicks on the object and it captured every single frame automatically.

This is huge. Krea AI now makes it possible to apply your own trained Flux LoRAs in the editor. The best part is that you can upload your own images and apply as many consistent garments/objects as you want. In this example, I applied three different garments to my model:

The company behind FLUX.1 announced a new video model. One thing that stands out is the consistency of the character, clothes and style between the cuts at the beginning of the video. This looks extremely promising.

Huge update from @Kling_ai. Do you know how difficult it is to showcase a consistent garment in a single clip from all angles? Not anymore. Elements is a new feature (early access) that creates a video based on multiple characters, objects or scenes.

Veo 2 currently costs around $0.50 per second (fal AI). Kling AI 1.6 costs $0.35 per video. — $4 for an 8s Veo 2 video. $0.35 for a 5s Kling AI 1.6 video. In this case, Kling AI is 7x cheaper and delivers almost the same quality. This is crazy.
