    We are so sad to hear of the death of our dear friend John Mahoney. He performed so many memorable roles at the Festival and often holidayed in Galway. A truly brilliant actor. What a wonderful, sweet and gentle man he was. We loved him dearly. @NorthlightThtr @SteppenwolfThtr

    We are very saddened to hear of the death of the wonderful Sinéad O’Connor and extend our heartfelt sympathies to her friends, family, & loved ones. What an incredible, original talent she was. Her Festival performances will live long in the memory. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.
