    🧵Sunset Place - South Miami A new master development was submitted to South Miami's Planning Board today. The development will replace the existing Sunset Place mall and include 1,513 units, 287 hotel rooms, a 1,300 seat theater, 149,506 SF of retail, and 50,892 SF of office.

    🧵Citadel Global Headquarters - Miami Plans have been unveiled for Citadel's new global headquarters at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive. The project will rise 1,028 FT or 54 floors and include 1,293,373 SF of office space, 212 hotel rooms, off-site parking, and 23,950 SF of restaurant.

    🧵Fort Lauderdale is currently undergoing a historic boom in residential towers. As of 2024, there are 16,175 residential units in towers alone either in review or approved according to FTLs zoning website. 6,857 units are under construction. Below are development maps. #YIMBY

    New renderings of Hyatt and Gencom's 3 tower Miami Riverbridge development have released. Despite claiming a 2025 groundbreaking for the hotel and supertall, no demolition permit has been filed yet.
