I don’t post highlight pics of where I am or what I’m doing there, because it would be misleading and fake. This is where I spend often 7am-11pm including weekends. My life is the best for me. I’m continually satisfied, and never satisfied simultaneously. I can post all sorts

It’s ironic: You won’t find the people with the best lives—the ones we should really listen to—on the podcast circuit. Here’s why: 🥱 Great lives appear pretty boring from the outside. You see, society has it backwards: We’re told that a great life is made from

"China", "tariffs", my business. I spent $1,000,000 over the past 14 years developing a factory in China. I married Chinese. I lived in China for seven years, and live there for three months in the summer. Tried to move the factory in 2021 to the US, impossible. Very bad.

I defaulted on a $15,000,000 personally guaranteed credit facility with Sovereign Bank. Time 2009-2022. $1,560,430.24 was the judgment amount to which I agreed. Bank's actual principal loss was $200k; rest was default interest, fees, atty fees. Pile on. Do you have an SBA,

I casually reviewed some of the "fraud and waste" on the @DOGE website. I'm a businessperson, so I can read between the lines. I'm sorry, but some of the numbers are so outrageous along with some of the entities and causes. Immigrant legal defense, migrant services, et al. I

The Chinese think in centuries. This is real. US thinks in decades. We used China to make more profits but traded it for control. This has been an epic mistake. The world is not our friend. China has strategically taken IP and knowledge for themselves. Of course. Duh.

For $973, we rented a "$4,500,000" villa overnight in China. Evergrande filed for Chapter 15 this week. We are likely walking from a condo deposit we made a few days ago adding to emergent panic. We invited all of our family for an overnight. Pool, karaoke room, mahjong room,

Cultural values are extremely strong. America has a mix. China has one that is reinforced for centuries. They will never think your way is better.

The Chinese want to be taken seriously, and they want to take over the world. Literally. They want to prove how great they are and how everyone else is inferior and wrong. Nationalism is extremely strong. They may disagree with Xi, but criticism him and see the reaction.

The Chinese want to be rich. All of them. And they will work endlessly to get there. Their work ethic is correlated with their desire to succeed. This is a primary threat to anyone competing with them. So I harnessed it and improved the lives of many.

A friend sold his business for $10,000,000 net back about 10 years ago. Me "What we was going to do to replace your income stream?" There was no great answer. Instead his wife and he lent money to family, bought bad property, bought an expensive waterfront house impressing

I’ve watched guys get 100m and ruin their life I’ve watched guys get 20m and keep grinding harder than before. And I’ve met families with several hundred million, who were exactly the same before and after. Money doesn’t make you. Money doesn’t change you. It just lets you be

My parents bought this house in 1999 for $1,900,000. They sold it in 2021 for $1,175,000 to a young family. Young people are ripping off old people.

My parents bought this house when I was a baby in 1999 for less than $350,000 and brought my sister home from the hospital a few months later. We moved out a few years later. It sold in March for $1.25 million. There is something truly evil about how rigged the system is

More than $10,000,000 in real estate personal guarantees, @ArtemTepler took his own life. Many are going through hell, but united we can all win against despair. Men need a path forward. We spoke on Oct 21, a Sat night. I put my kids to sleep, we went to work. He wanted to find

Most Chinese are poor. Even around Tier 1 cities earning is $500-$1,000/mo. They will save ferociously for an iPhone or a designer handbag.
