In 2000 Scotland voted to repeal Section 28, which had prohibited the “promotion of homosexuality” in schools. Morgan’s poem ‘Section 28’ challenges a vocal opponent of the repeal, Cardinal Winning, whose regressive views lose him his place in heaven. #lgbthistorymonth🌈
