Important context to the ongoing law-fare against conservative attorneys. Completely frivolous emergency appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court can get positive tongue-in-cheek coverage with no ethics referrals or sanctions. Yet Judges are referring conservative attorneys for far less

Not shocked to see superstar @TrentMcCotter identified by @DavidLat as lawyer of the week for his role as Acting Deputy Attorney General in DOJ. He will do an excellent job. Looking forward to him doing a great job!

Mr. Todd is the consummate Washington insider. I'm surprised by his surprise. Attorney General Blanche said he wouldn't commit to being "independent" from the President. What would that mean? Blanche isn't elected, the President is. He's a member of the cabinet. Just weird!
