- St. Louis baseball training is going crazy with the amount of talent coming up. Insane to see. Everyone is raising the standards.
- Recruits: use your twitter as your resume. It’s great to retweet your teammates but that can’t be 90% of your feed. Could be a 🚩🚩🚩 that you aren’t producing.
- A college pitcher normally plays 30% or less of the total weekend innings. Pitchers watch 70%+ of the time There is a whole lot to learn from the other pitchers playing the game. Be a better teammate and student of the game.

- Very excited about our player development website ROAR. It houses 5+ unique tabs that will push our players fwd.
- Dont use “i don’t have time” as an excuse. Everyone has to manage time. You’re not special.
- In-Season training is always a hard topic for athletes and parents to understand. We looked at all our athletes that trained 3-5 months and then took the spring off. We saw a 25% loss in momentum and a 60% loss in both power/strength.
