Today Robotic surgery was witnessed by my parents. Obviously I am proud of this situation . My parents never thought I would do all these advanced surgeries with my own robo My dad was driving force for me to become a surgeon when I was child .

Happy to perform my first robotic case , simple nephrectomy for large hydronephrotic kidney with 3 robotic arms , one liver retractor ( same 5 mm port used for artery and vein clipping). No technical issue with robotic mantra. We removed kidney through 10 mm port with ribbon

Sometimes colonic shadow indents while puncturing. Saves colonic injury if observed I was little anterior while doing supine . Went posterior and finished safely.

Laparoscopic augmentation cystoplasty for 11 yr old girl. 11 year female with dysfunctional voiding, high pressure low compliance bladder .We treated for 2 years with double anticholinergics and CIC.Even then recurrent UTI, right sided grade ll reflux and left sided poor

Which one is smaller in these 6/7.5 fr urs 8.5 fr flexi 9 fr / 11 fr Naturally answer is 6/7.5 fr urs. No . Watch video also. 6/7.5 fr doesnot go in 9.5 fr acess sheath. So dear friends 6/7.5 fr is very large .if it goes easily in ureter , acess sheath may be admitted. Don't
