Tesla Model Y is 238lbs too light to qualify as an SUV for the US tax credit. Solution: attach lead weights totalling 250lbs to interior rear under-trunk via hex bolts. After sale is complete, provide free-of-charge first service to remove said weights. @Tesla @elonmusk

I’ve not seen anything related to this up until recently. Are they, alone, seriously responsible for destroying half the value of the company? I won’t ask for details (lawyers and all) but I’m very interested to find out what the heck has been going on when the time comes.

I just drove my mom’s (gas) car to pick her up at the hospital, and I have to say the experience was horrific. From having to crank the engine to no acceleration to very very loose suspension to knowing that I was completely on my own if anything went wrong it was really bad.
