The @CityOfBoston joins @SenMarkey in calling on Congress to extend funding for the #AffordableConnectivityProgram. Thousands in Boston & millions across the country could lose this vital $30/month internet discount if Congress doesn't act soon #digitalequity #mapoli #acp

The Affordable Connectivity Program is set to expire in April. I’m live in Lynn with the Massachusetts Digital Equity Coalition to call for an extension of this essential funding. We need internet access for all. x.com/i/broadcasts/1…

W/ today being #DontDisconnectUsDay, it's vital that Congress extends funding for the #AffordableConnectivityProgram. Over 48,000 @CityOfBoston households will lose affordable internet after April if funding runs out--a major step backward in closing the #DigitalDivide. #RenewACP
This image is part of the Affordable Broadband Campaign's "Don't Disconnect Us Day" Day of Action. The words "Don't Disconnect Us Day" are centered in navy blue text, above the words "January 25th, 2024" in red text, with a white background surrounded by a thin, red border. There are blue and red stars alternating just under the top of the red border (seven total stars). There is a black and white QR code in the bottom left corner of the image, which when scanned, leads folks to dontdisconnectus.org for more information about how to advocate for the extension of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). On either side of the centered text, there is the acronym "COABE" in teal text, underlined in gold, with the organization name "Coalition on Adult Basic Education" underneath.

23M households in the US rely on the #ACP to get internet service & stay online. Without it, families will face an unaffordable increase in their internet bill & may be forced offline. We support HR6929/S.3565, the Affordable Connectivity Program Extension Act of 2024. #RenewACP
Black text that reads "I Support the ACP" in the middle of a red (top), white (middle), and blue (bottom) circle, similar to a button, with five white stars above and below the words, in front of a black and grey background. The hashtag #RenewACP is in the bottom right corner in white text with a teal background.
