    The narrative design of BG 3 literally boggles my mind. I can't even begin to comprehend how they mapped out all of the possibilities and narrative routes / dialogue trees. It's a complete miracle of game design.

    It’s an incredibly dangerous assertion to state that our brains don’t know the difference between reality and fiction. Yes they do. In fact fiction is perhaps the best tool that we have for teaching empathy BECAUSE it is a safe mechanism for sharing experience.
