- Who takes a machine from the elections building after they've been told it's not theirs, loads it into a private vehicle & takes ballot envelopes from a secured area during an election? This is what the Recorder's IT director did & it's caught on camera.

- Replying to @DebbieLeskoThe Board was forced to purchase a new elections scanner because of the unauthorized movement of the elections equipment by Recorder Heap's staff, costing Maricopa County taxpayers $70,000. This isn't conservative. This is chaos.

Replying to @maricopacounty3/ In a May 6 letter to the county manager, Heap acknowledged his Chief of Staff’s email but contradicted it, saying the approvals were “sent in error” and did “not reflect the position” of the Recorder’s Office.
