After visiting care providers in Uxbridge and South Ruislip, visa changes come up time and again as a pressing concern. I raised this directly with Baroness Casey and asked whether she would support a social care sector visa rather than one tied to individual employers.

The NHS turns 78 today and it remains one of the greatest achievements in our country's history. To every doctor, nurse, carer and member of staff working across our local hospitals and care services in Uxbridge and South Ruislip, thank you for everything you do every single day.

I joined the Terence Higgins Trust for the London Pride march, 44 years to the day since Terry Higgins died of an AIDS-related illness. A great day with the LGBT+ community, Deidre Costigan MP, Danny Beales MP, THT volunteers & staff and fantastic THT patron Beverley Knight.🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Concerns have been raised by Alzheimer's Society, Alzheimer's Research UK and Dementia UK around the content of the new Modern Service Framework for dementia. I questioned the commitment to specific targets and standards around how quickly patients receive a diagnosis.
