    This is the crusty, musty, and slightly balding stuffed raccoon that greets our guests at the front license desk in Oklahoma City. We call him Hernando:
    Hernando, a small raccoon with a large ego and homemade canoe looks to the horizon. He is worn, and his tail is patchy with large clumps of fur missing. Only he knows the secrets he holds.
