An elderly woman's front door was smashed in by vandals in Bodmin yesterday. She was too frightened to go back inside alone. Devon & Cornwall Police deemed it not important enough to attend. So neighbours cleared the glass, boarded up the doorway & looked after her instead.

First shift and new kid on the block PD Rip locates a male who was breaching bail conditions for a domestic incident and trying to break in. The male was located under a hedge in a field behind the property. A very happy handler and dog! Well done Rip, a great start as a PD! 🐾
