She is Constable Emilly Amakobe, the Prisons Officer who alightd from a Matatu along Langata Road to arrest a Male Prisoner she had seen. Emilly had known the Prisoner at Langata Prisons. Her courage was recognised at the on-going Senior Correctional Women Conference PSTC Ruiru.

The Commissioner General of Prisons Wycliffe Ogallo ensured Timothy Cheruiyot brought the 1500 metres Gold Medal from Doha to Kenya. As seen in the photo, three weeks before the IAAF Championships in Doha, Mr. Ogallo promoted Timothy Cheruiyot from Constable to an Inspector.
