- @RBI @AxisBankSupport @AxisBank is blocking customers from paying core overdue loan EMIs on their app. They only display options to pay "overdue charges" while running a daily penalty meter!@AxisBank Dear Axis Bank Support Team, My monthly loan EMI of ₹5,506 failed via NACH auto-debit due to bank side error and marked as bounced, which incurred a bounce fee of ₹590 and a secondary charge of ₹96. I manually paid the full EMI amount of ₹5,506 via UPI yesterday.
